We had a great experience booking the party bus for our wedding day. Bridal parties got picked up separately and everyone rode back to venue together after with our families. I did not get the experience, but Chris is very rude. I wanted to take my daughter to a restaurant for her birthday, and when I booked it a month before her birthday, I was winging it. I called him today, and asked if she could go to multiple destinations the three hour minimum that we have the service. He said he quoted me just for dinner. 500 dollars plus gratuity to sit for 2 of the three hours. He said yes, to go to multiple locations will be wear and tear on the car. I usually go with coastal party bus, but I just wanted a limousine. Today,two days before my daughter's birthday, Coastal charged 600 dollars for the stretched Hummer, and I can go wherever I want within the time frame. I will not say don't book with them, cause I never received the service, but Chris is rude and defensive, after he receives your deposit. He's attentive, responsive, engaging when he's trying to get the booking. Lesson Learned!!! It was just my daughter and I. No friends, hence why I wanted a limo. I didn't even sign a contract. If so; post it. It's still in my email to sign, but for the sake of business, I'm not tripping about the deposit. Just don't charge my card. Then, we're good. Work on your people skills More...

A friend of mine actually got a limo with this place...For one the limo driver was 15 min LATE! When he got there he didn't even get out to open the door. The inside of the limo is definitely not what I cal "v.i.p" it's basic. My friend paid way too much for such a horrible ride. Wouldn't do that again and I'm thankful I didn't pay!!!!! More...

I booked and paid for transportation for my rehearsal dinner and wedding for Oct 1st & 2nd, 2015. In the next 24 hours after booking, I had to cancel due to unexpected costs. There was never any signed paperwork, contract, cancellation policy, timeline, etc. Red Flag! Chris was quick to send me a receipt via email for the charge. After speaking with Chris and apologizing for a refund, he was very rude and said he would have to charge me fees that he incurred from his credit card company. I asked Chris to send me an email with the refund confirmation and he said he would. The next day, I never received a follow up, so I called to ask the status on the refund. He said verbatim, "I don't know, why don't you call the bank and ask them." Right then I knew I was dealing with someone who did not care about customer service and would illegally keep my money. Granted- he could've turned this whole thing around and just been polite, understanding and ask that we choose his services in the future when funds are available. As a local business owner- I was shocked at his attitude and the disrespect towards the situation. Good news- I contacted my bank and disputed the charge and I have been fully refunded from their bank. Granted, I never heard back from Chris again. He said he would follow up on both requests. Zero response. IN the mean time, my family got wind of the situation and provided costs to reserve with another Limosine company- GoldStar in Norfolk. They have provided contracts and timeline, extremely organized. Chris- never underestimate a refund client, you just cost your company a bad reputation and lost out on money that you could've reeled back in when funds became available for me as your customer.
