How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Develop a program to best meet the goals of each individual. Assess for any weaknesses the client may have such as upper body strength, proper hip movement, knee weakness, etc.

I have a natural passion to help people. Seeing clients feel, look, and perform better is my goal.
