Juan came on time, and he was very friendly. He finished the job in about 3 hours for 3 bedrooms and stairs. His quote was very reasonable, and he worked very hard. He cleaned corners and all carpeted areas thoroughly. I am completely satisfied with his service. His van has a very powerful generator to power all the equipment. He told me the water would dry up in about 2 hours, and yes, it did. He used a very powerful suction tool to suck up all the access water. I will definitely use your service in the near future. Wow... I can't say enough about Umanzor Cleaning Services! My husband, & I are extremely satisfied, & now consider Juan, & Junior our "Go To" cleaning service. From the beginning, Juan was quick to follow-up after my Yelp contact, & although he gave a quote via Yelp's website; we requested an in-person consultation - No Problem! He showed up (early), was very friendly, knowledgeable, & professional + he gave a very fair quote. After the consultation, we felt as though our home was in good hands, so we decided to proceed...
