How long have you been in business?
Tropical Clean was established in 2019. I have approximately seven years of personal cleaning experience, including move-out cleaning, and I currently perform the cleaning myself.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. I bring all my own cleaning supplies and equipment. Please mention any special surface-care requirements when requesting your quote.
Why should our clients choose you?
You work directly with me, David, and I personally perform the cleaning. I bring my own supplies and equipment, carry business liability insurance, and respond to inquiries within two hours. I speak fluent English and limited Russian.
Standard and Complete move-out packages have clear scopes, and all services are quoted for the work needed. If I miss an item within our agreed cleaning scope, notify me within 48 hours of completion and I will return to correct it at no additional charge.

Standard Move-Out Cleaning
Includes general dusting and wiping, cobweb removal, bathrooms, vacuuming/mopping, baseboards, quick blind dusting, interior window glass/frames/ledges, interior sliding-door cleaning, accessible fixtures/fans/vents, and the top of the refrigerator.
Appliance interiors are included in Complete rather than Standard. Detailed window tracks and detailed/heavier blind cleaning may be quoted as extras for Standard.
Optional extras include inside kitchen cabinets/drawers, tops of kitchen cabinets, garage sweeping, and washer/dryer interior detailing.
Included window cleaning is interior only. Exterior window or exterior sliding-door glass cleaning is quoted separately and limited to areas safely accessible using my 4–5-foot ladder. High exterior window access is not offered.
Carpet extraction/shampooing, large trashouts, junk hauling, furniture removal, and pressure washing are not included.

Detailed cleaning tailored to your property’s condition and priorities. I personally perform the work and bring my own cleaning supplies and equipment.

Recurring Housekeeping
Regular home cleaning personally performed by David, with my own supplies and equipment. We agree on the cleaning priorities, visit frequency, access arrangements, and quote before starting.
Please share your home’s size and condition, preferred schedule, and the rooms or tasks you want maintained. Any initial deep clean or additional detailed tasks are identified separately in the quote. Window cleaning, if agreed, is interior only; exterior glass is separately quoted and limited to areas safely accessible using my 4–5-foot ladder.
Carpet extraction/shampooing, large trashouts, junk hauling, furniture removal, and pressure washing are not included.
Airbnb / Short-Term-Rental Turnovers
Turnover cleaning has its own agreed scope and quote, separate from move-out cleaning. I personally perform the cleaning and bring my own supplies and equipment.
Please provide the property size, beds and bathrooms, checkout/check-in times, booking frequency, and access details. We agree on any linen changes, laundry, bed preparation, restocking, reporting, and turnaround requirements before booking. These tasks are included only when specified in the turnover quote.
Window cleaning, if agreed, is interior only. Exterior glass is separately quoted and limited to areas safely accessible using my 4–5-foot ladder. Carpet extraction/shampooing, large trashouts, junk hauling, furniture removal, and pressure washing are not included.
Complete Move-Out Cleaning
Includes everything in Standard Move-Out Cleaning: general dusting and wiping, cobweb removal, bathrooms, vacuuming/mopping, baseboards, interior window glass/frames/ledges, interior sliding-door cleaning, accessible fixtures/fans/vents, and the top of the refrigerator.
Complete adds refrigerator/freezer, oven and dishwasher interiors; detailed window tracks; detailed/heavier blind cleaning; and lanai/patio debris removal and sweeping where applicable. Detailed tracks and detailed blind cleaning are included in Complete’s quoted price, with no duplicate add-on charge.
