What do you love most about your job?
What I enjoy most is "Building Lasting Relationships" throughout my years I have seen people who claim to be leaders, and then there are "Servant Leaders" My desire is to be a Servant Leader. I enjoy building lasting relationships. Many of my clients are now friends, and old friends !
What inspired you to start your own business?
After being in Law Enforcement, Corrections, and Security for many years, I decided to start a Security Agency that not only cares about our clients, but also cares for our employees. Not only do I wish to build lasting relationships with our clients, but also with our employees.

My family moved to Florida in 1865, and to the Orlando area in 1919. I have seen so many changes to the Central Florida area. In 1979 I started working as an Intern Officer with the Oviedo Police Department. In 1981 I was hired by the Orange County Sheriffs Office as a Corrections Officer. Later I decided to go into Private Security. In 2008 I opened Trinity Investigations And Security Inc. Now with 40 years of experience to offer my clients, I bring to the table Officers who are hand picked and will be a good fit to minimize your security concerns.
