Impressive service by at least one of the two event security personnel. The second security was just adequately in the performance of his tasks. The first articulated his understanding of the work well, the second did not speak at all unless prompted to, they both took direction well, and provision of service was really defined by the first security person (a fellow named “Jack”). The head guy showed up at the end as well, which was encouraging. With some recommendation regarding feedback, I would hire Trident again. More...
