What inspired you to start your own business?
After retiring as an FBI Special Agent with more than 25 years of investigative and counterintelligence experience, I knew I wasn’t ready to step away from the work of uncovering facts and helping people find clarity. My entire career has been driven by a commitment to truth, integrity, and making a positive impact on others' lives.
Starting Touchstone Investigations allowed me to continue that mission on a more personal level. I wanted to use the same investigative skills, discipline, and attention to detail I developed in federal service to help individuals, families, attorneys, and businesses get reliable answers when they need them most.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Touchstone Investigations follows current CDC recommendations to help keep clients safe during in‑person interactions. We practice social distancing whenever possible and adjust our approach based on the environment and the client’s comfort level. Masks are worn upon request, and meetings can be conducted by phone or video to minimize contact when preferred. These measures ensure that clients receive professional investigative support while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
