What inspired you to start your own business?
Coaching colleagues through a start-up's fastest growth years. The leaders who made it were not the smartest in the room. They were the ones who kept working on themselves. I built my practice to do that work with owners and leaders full time.

Yes. Nearly all sessions are on Zoom with recordings, written summaries, and secure messaging between sessions. I work with leaders across the US and meet in person around Nashville and Clarksville.
