If you have a shy child that isn't interested in talking to the wildly dressed stranger to tell him their age (even after the parent tells him), he will refuse that child a balloon and ruin their day. He also makes cringey sexualized comments to kids like asking a young boy if his mom is his girlfriend. Would never recommend and will absolutely stay away from his services at any future function.
