We recently hired the Rican Redneck to cater an event at our company for a special Puerto Rico celebration! They had great reviews, their pricing was very reasonable so we went for it. The food was a hit! They delivered on time on 2 different days and 2 locations the first day! Nandy is a pleasure to work with; very nice and extremely professional. All containers were clearly marked and ensured he had the right containers for each of our locations. We tried the Pork, Rice, Yuca and the Beef Empanadas. There were other options on the menu but we stayed with the Puerto Rican options to align with our celebration and the food did not disappoint. If you are looking for a great Puerto Rican food option or a mix of some southern food with it, they have a great menu and the Puerto Rican options are amazing. They traveled over two and a half hours to deliver an incredible feast of authentic Puerto Rican food 🍽️🇵🇷 that was nothing short of spectacular. They helped throughout the entire experience w recommendations and how much to order for what we needed. My venue date was rescheduled and they were more than happy to accommodate.
