I had a house fire in March 2023. It was a devastating experience, and a time when you have to make so many important decisions, and quickly. I was recommended to the Urena Team, and I’m sooo happy I chose them. The entire team from engineering, architecture, design and construction were an absolute pleasure to work with. They held my hand from the very beginning to the end… and I know I can still count on them even after the work has been completed. Their professionalism, hard work, caring, understanding, and efficiency is incredible! Many people warned me about their own horrible stories when it came to contractors. Yet, I would always smile because I was blessed to had chosen Urena. They gave me a timeline, and were on point. They had a budget, and stuck to it. Not only do they have Moral Integrity and Character but their staff are Extremely Respectful. I did Business with this company two years ago and something occurred above the warranty period where the company could have rejected my request/claim to take a second look at the project site they previously worked on and completed. Instead they respectfully listened said they would get back to me . By the end of the week they contacted me and by the Saturday was at my home to rectify the issue .
