What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting people with their animals. That’s why, at the BullPen, we offer private lessons where we train you to train your dog.
What inspired you to start your own business?
One day, a pet store owner overheard me giving advice to a customer about her dog. He was pretty amazed and told me that my knowledge would be of great value to many people and encouraged me to go into business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a professional trainer and behaviorist with over 50 years of experience working with dogs. I have competed and won in various competitions, and am able to provide a full suite of services, including problem solving, behavior modification, disability assistance, obedience and security training. Plus, I really love empowering owners to develop a positive relationship with their four-legged family members.

Online/remote training is one of our goals, but is not available at this time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a climate-controlled, indoor training facility. We sterilize our kennels and seating areas between clients. Masks are available, but not required at this time.
Dog Training and Behavior Modification
The BullPen offers a full suite of training services. Our goal is to demonstrate that with proper understanding of the dog, its motivation, and how it communicates and processes signals and messaging from its handler and environment, your dog can be an excellent pack member. After an evaluation, we will recommend one of our training programs or give you the ability to create a program based on your needs and budget.
