We had the pleasure of having Keyanna from Soukey as the bartender for our party, and she was absolutely fantastic! From the moment she arrived, she brought great energy, professionalism, and a warm, friendly personality that everyone loved. What really stood out was her incredible attention to detail—she quickly remembered everyone’s drinks and kept them coming without anyone having to ask twice. She also crafted some amazing specialty cocktails that were a huge hit with our guests. And she didn’t forget about the kids either—she went out of her way to make Shirley Temples for them, which made them feel just as included in the celebration.Keyanna truly went above and beyond to make our event special. My sister had a big milestone celebration in Atlanta and I flew in from Florida to help pull it together. Didn’t want to spend the whole day running around playing coordinator. Catering was drop off only so we still needed actual service people.Booked Soukey. She brought chafing dishes, 5 servers, and ran the floor herself. Everything was set up and ready by the time guests arrived. Her team was easy to work with and knew what they were doing.I got to sit with my family and actually be at the event. I rented several items from her and everything came together in a very unique way, from the dessert ware, chafing dishes, linens and number marquee. Absolutely! Much of our planning, consultation, and coordination services can be provided online or remotely. We utilize modern communication tools to seamlessly collaborate with our clients, regardless of location. However, we understand the significance of physically experiencing the venue as it plays a crucial part in the overall success of an event. Therefore, we are more than willing to travel as needed to ensure we capture the essence of the space and address all logistical details. Combining the convenience of online communication with the insight of onsite visits, we strive to provide a comprehensive and personalized service for every event.

While the situation with Covid-19 has significantly improved compared to a few years ago, we are still committed to maintaining a safe environment for all our clients and staff. Upon request, our team will wear masks and gloves during the event. We continue to adhere to best practices and guidelines recommended by health authorities, including proper hand hygiene and regular equipment sanitization. We understand that each event is unique and we're prepared to accommodate specific safety requirements to ensure everyone's comfort and safety.

Event Planning

Event Planner:
Involves conceptualizing the event, planning the timeline, and coordinating with vendors.

Food & Beverage Logistics:

We plan and coordinate all aspects of food and beverage service.
Includes setup, service, clearing, and clean-up of food and beverage areas.

Server and Bartending Services

Servers: Buffet Service: 1/30 guest Plated Dinner:1/20

Bartenders: 1/75 guest


Equipment Logistics Manager:
We handle ordering, organizing, counting, and returning all dishware and equipment.

Day of Event Managing/On-Site Event Manager:

Handles on-site team coordination with vendors, manages timelines, creates detailed floor plans (event diagrams), and sets up the event/meeting space.

Event Supervising

Event Supervisor:
Directly involved with the management of food & beverage services and dining room server management, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Convention Services/Houseman

Houseperson: $20 per hour
Services include setting up tables, chairs, staging, dance floor, and other equipment according to the room diagrams and event resumes. We also handle room flipping for back-to-back events or quick changes.
Valet Services

Offering convenience to your guests with professional valet services: Price upon request
