I received an arrangement for my wedding anniversary and the flowers were already turning, as if they were left out or left over flowers. The arrangement was a smaller size than ordered and 2 anniversary balloons should have been delivered with the arrangement, but they weren’t. My husband called the company to complain (we never do this-but with the amount of money he spent and the looks of the arrangement and flowers we did) the company asked we send pictures, so we did. They called us immediately and said they’d be in contact with Teri’s to make this right, they agreed this arrangement was unacceptable. Teri’s called me to pick up the arrangement and would create a new on and drop it off tomorrow. Asked if I was ok with that. I said yes. They picked them up and called the company and said they were not accepting these as a return, and would NOT create a new arrangement or return these. So the company called us and issued a refund to my husband and apologized over and over. How disappointing. It was my wedding anniversary. I’ve never been so upset to leave a negative comment, but this has me very upset. What I received and what my husband ordered is disappointing. I left a picture below. I have never had an experience like this! I am from Canada and we are unable to be with our family in NJ during this difficult time due to COVID restrictions. Christina and her team were absolutely amazing! Omg, I am crying right now. Its absolutely beautiful! Christina, I cant tell you how much this means to my family. When you care enough to send flowers, you need a florist that cares too! From start to finish, a great experience with Teri's Florist. I spoke to Nina over the phone to explain my vision. Placed an order for my Mom's birthday. Paid almost $100 for an arrangement that wasn't requested. I ordered red and purple roses, but green and orange roses came. When I spoke to an owner, she would not want to replace it and she hung up on me. They said "they're very busy and don't have time to replace". Also after she hung up, I called again and one lady lied that there is no such person that just spoke to me lol what a funny lie cuz I spoke to her 30secs ago. They're very unprofessional and arrangement is a garbage. Don't make a mistake to order from this place! Waste of money! My order ended up with Teri's by accident, and I'm very glad that it did.I had placed a birthday order through Teleflora--one of the only (to my knowledge) "broker" sites that allows you to CHOOSE your florist. I had chosen another local place that always delivered good flowers, as described, without issue.Presumably due to the snow storm, my chosen florist was unable to deliver the flowers (or closed) and, as indicated on Teleflora's site when choosing your florist, another was chosen. It appears they chose Teri's.The flowers are BEAUTIFUL. And not only that, but they were kind enough to call and confirm delivery time before actually bringing them so there would be no concern about them being left out in the cold/weather complications from the storm/etc. I think that was both responsible and kind.The staff I spoke with on the phone to confirm delivery was okay at the suggested time was very, very kind and pleasant.I have an extremely good impression based on all of the above, and will absolutely be using this florist again in the future. I ordered flowers for my best friends mother viewing, they were perfect. I described my best friends mother to the lady who took my order, I wish I remembered her name but I'm terrible with names. Mom started in the 50's.. relocated to this Saddle brook location in 1964.. She is still active in the business at 94.. Our reputation speaks for itself.
