What do you love most about your job?
Being on a journey with people as they overcome life obstacle and hope restored in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in a traditional social work industry had many political barriers to serving people who had an immediate need. I decided to solve this issue by creating a pro-active approaching healing and wellness by serving people before they hit massive burn-out and distress.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am relatable, transparent and effective in my work. I have been coaching and providing both mental health and child welfare social work for over 25 years. Clients that receive my coaching services also obtain my many years of collective experience which results in coaching clients reaching their goals timely. I am skilled in solution focused therapy and intervention techniques, effective listener and the #1 online life coach that will not end a call with her client until at least 1 issue has been identified with possible solutions.

This a NON therapeutic virtual coaching call to navigate barriers clients have in life. We address one barrier and create possible outcomes and solutions before our 50 minutes session is over. Call includes one (1) follow up call to assure you remain on task for yourself.
