Synergy Canine Consulting is great. We were always concerned about having our Old English Bulldogge out in public as she always seemed to be very reactive. Within days, Cody had her out at Cabela’s and dog parks socializing with people and other dogs. This taught our family that we needed to be more confident as she was picking up on our vibes. A bonus is that they offer boarding and our dog Twix was very excited to see Cody when dropping her off.Highly recommend! More...

I highly recommend Synergy Canine. Not only did Cody help build our Old English Bulldogge Twix’s confidence but he helped build our confidence that she can be out with other dogs. He puts a lot of time into the structure for your dog so they are able to be out and about in public. A great bonus is that he offers boarding. Our Twix was really excited to see him again. More...

Highly recommend Cody and Synergy Canine Consulting. We had lessons and coaching for our rescue Mya a few years ago and Cody was great with her and me as we navigated through some behaviors (she has anxiety around people after being a rescue). Since then we have used Synergy’s boarding services. We have had our girl stay with them a few times. The rates are very reasonable and the area for dogs is very clean and comfortable for your dog. Big fenced backyard to let them run around. Cody will take them for walks and sticks to your feeding schedule per instructions. He will also send you updates so that you know your dog is doing well!Recently, we got stranded and delayed two days for travel. Before we even knew of our delay Cody reached out that our pup was welcome to stay if we had travel issues with the storm. Unfortunately we got delayed two extra days but had the security of knowing our dog was in good hands. We will not board her with anyone else at this point other than Synergy. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More...

Anyone who has ever thought about needing a board and train program for their pup or even training- Look no further than Cody Tucker with Synergy Canine Consulting. My husband and I can never thank him enough. We were at a loss for where to look after some behavioral issues and cannot thank him enough for his help. Coheeds latest outing was the West St Paul Home Depot today! Went SO well and was super impressive seeing him in the passing of a service dog walking by. Yesterday we went to the Newport dog park since it was cooler and light drizzling- no one was there. Then, pet store. Cannot believe how long of a way he's come...still don't even think he's our dog sometimes!! But....then you smell the toots and we remember lol. Now for us to stay with it and keep working on things everyday with him and his sister, Cambria. Thank you so much for setting us up for excellence. It's truly remarkable- the work you do. Thank you from all of us and the pups times a million! More...

Highly recommend Cody and his business. He is an honest person of high integrity. We had an issue with the rescue dog we had adopted, she had developed aggresiveness toward our 2 children after about a month of having her, which was escalating. We had been trying to correct it ourselves for 2 months unsuccessfully, before contacting Cody. He spent 1 hour at our home for a free evaluation and we decided to try the training route with her to see if it could be fixed. When he returned back for the 1st training session, he had an honest discussion with us that she might not be trainable for her problem. That both our family and the dog may be better off with rehoming. He spent another hour with us, free of charge and refused any payment. It's not too often these days that you run into a situation like this, where someone is trying to help you, out of the goodness of their heart. He understands dogs and he understands people. I would not hesitate to use him for a future dog, that will be a better fit for our family. Our situation may not have ended up what we had originally hoped for, but this trainer gave us realistic expectations and has saved us from even more heartache and possibly worse in the future. What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the relationship between a dog and its humans blossom! When the lightbulbs go off in my client's and they get excited to continue working with their dog to create and maintain a healthy, balanced relationship with their dog!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After my position was cut from the shelter I was supporting, I decided to form my own business and bank on myself. It has been the best decision in my life so far (with the exception of marrying my wife, who has a huge support role in helping my business run smoothly!)
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an honest and realistic person, unafraid of telling the truth. No matter how much it may not want to be heard. With that said, I always believe there's room to make adjustments in our lives, for the sake of our dogs living a better life! I also am the most innovative person I know. Training doesn't have to be hard. I innovate and customize my programs to fit what already exists with patterns in the home, so the smallest adjustments can have the most beneficial impact.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
No. Operating within our Immersive Board & Train programs, all dogs are trained onsite, with additional owner training sessions. There is the ability for lifetime support within our free Facebook Community!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I think the main thing is maintaining good hygiene habits. Our home is kept clean on a regular basis. We also have a policy of if someone (or a dog) is feeling unwell, communicate and we can always reschedule a meeting/event.
