Wow!! All I can say is I’m so happy I found Phil!! I’ve done my own taxes for years but I started my own business in 2025 and felt unprepared to deal with the tax forms associated with the business. From the moment Phil walked in the door I felt totally at ease that he knew his stuff. There were things he mentioned I didn’t even know about in just my regular tax part never mind the business part. He took his time. Explained everything thoroughly. And did our taxes right on the spot. His price was absolutely amazing for what we had to have completed. And best of all I felt like I was talking to a friend. Posting this for a friend that used Mr Dresners services as a tax preparer. First time he did taxes it went well. 2nd year attempt to use services Phil stood up my friend at lrast two times with almost no updates on being late or apologies and last appointment he didnt even reach out to my friend to apologize or try to reschedule. My friend then had to acramble to find another tax service tbis late in the tax season. Almost every service is booked solid this late im the season (they managed to get someone else out of sheer luck). Very unprofessional and wasted my friends day twice while they waited for him to arrive to do their taxes aswell as cause massive amount of stress (Time is something you can't get back and he wasted two whole days of my friends). The lack of customer service skills was also lacking and amateur with almost no updates of when or if he'd arrive. He may know his taxes but he is unreliable and seems to stretch himself thin with the time he spends with clients causing this unreliablality that my friend had rhe unfortunate experience in waiting for him to arrive for an appointment twice.Schedule your appointments with this guy at your own risk or have a backup tax service lined up as backup. Great experience with Phil. It feels stupid using any other tax service after working with Phil. My other choices were either using the big name apps myself and guessing that I was doing it right, or going to a tax services chain to have clients in the next cubicle listen to every detail of my finances, or go to some random home office somewhere. I called Phil, he came to the house on a Sunday and had my taxes and my fiancés taxes done in no time, AND his prices are comparable or better than the big name firms with inexperienced “tax advisors”. I cannot say enough good things about working with Phil. I had been doing my taxes myself for my small S Corp and family but when they got complicated, I reached out for help. It’s that time of the year once again, Taxes! Something I would dread until we found Sussex Mobile Tax Service. Phil could not be easier to work with and his rates are unbeatable.
