Booking the limo service for my son’s prom was simple and straight forward. Frank was great to work with and communication excellent. The limo was spacious and had very comfortable seating. The overall presentation of the limo was gorgeous. Our driver Wiola was extremely nice and her service was impeccable. Frank provided excellent service by going above and beyond what was necessary. I had inadvertently booked the wrong vehicle for my kid's prom, not realizing that error until the limo arrived. However, Frank was able to perform some last minute magic and switch out the limo for the limo bus midway through the booking, which completely elevated the kids' experience into something unforgettable! We live 3.5 hours away and found Starlight Limousines through Google, so we were taking a chance -- and I'm so glad we did! From the very beginning, everything was professional, organized, and stress-free. They picked up my granddaughter and her friends in Oceanside, took them to dinner in San Diego, then to prom, and safely back to Oceanside without any issues at all. We just booked with Frank and Starlite for my daughter's prom. We booked last minute for 15 girls! I wanted the night for my daughter and her 14 friends to be memorable and sure enough it was! From the time I initiated contact for a quote to the time he dropped off our girls at dinner in Little Italy, it was smooth. Frank was professional as well as personable. We used Starlite for 3 separate trips across 5 days. 2 airport trips with the delightful Viola as our professional driver and 1 round-trip to the Balboa Theater for a concert by Justin Hayward of the Moody Blues, with the fantastic Frank as driver and tour guide. They were early for each pickup! The arrival at the Balboa Theater was early and Frank didn't want us to have to wait in line until the doors opened, so he gave a guided limo tour of the Gaslamp district that was informative and entertaining.
