How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
The way you eat is 70 to 80% of your results. You can't out train a bad diet, so I would say it's extremely important.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help them get started moving in the right direction headed for their goals. I teach them along the way so that way they maintain their results long term.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and having the right coach, someone who makes your goals their goals. I do this every person I work with.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people gain full control or better control of their health is the most rewarding thing. Sure when people lose 100 lbs or 50 lbs it's great as well. Watching people gain their confidence back again and push forward accomplishing new things makes me see the power of what I'm doing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Watching people suffer and having answers that could help save many lives. I knew I had a duty to get this information out to people who were searching for answers.
