What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about motivational speaking is the chance to encourage and uplift others every day. There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing someone realize their own potential—watching that moment when “I can’t because of x, y, z” transforms into “I can . . . because, I can.” Helping people tap into the unstoppable power that comes from asking, “What if?” is incredibly gratifying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For over 20 years, I’ve been a corporate trainer, and I’m proud that my sessions are known for being fun, engaging, and truly motivating. While I’ve always enjoyed inspiring others in the corporate world, publishing my first novel opened new doors—book clubs, guest speaking and panel invites, as well as keynote speakerships—where I found myself encouraging audiences to bet on themselves and build on their strengths.
Coaching high school and college volleyball gave me the chance to help young women grow in confidence, and I witnessed those achievements spill over into every part of their lives.
Because I understand the unstoppable power of “what if,” I strive to empower others to be their best selves every day - to go for it, even when they're afraid. That’s why I’m excited to lend my voice beyond the corporate world and continue inspiring others to take that leap.
