Overpromising and underdelivering were par for the course. A complete waste of time and money. A basic database and simple logic were all they were tasked with, and they failed to deliver. What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy developing products and solving problems for our clients software and hardware (when needed) solutions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2002 Semaphore Management (the company name at the time) was approached to provide mobile software for a hardware client. Over time, custom software development took over our business and in 2008 I created company named Semaphore Mobile LLC.

We offer services both online and remotely. Using tools such as Zoom and MS Teams (others too) we are able to effecively manage projects virtually.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
While we have an office, all of our employees are working from home during Covid-19. I have met face to face (using appropriate PPE) during the Covid-19 crises as needed. Using virtualization tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, Skype and other platforms our dev teams have been able to efficiently communicate with clients.
