I got a quote from the company and spoke with one of the DJs (Phil) and before I could get to making payment, they canceled my invoice/reservation without at least calling me to give some advance notice because they said someone else has booked the time slot. First off I Had my daughter sweet 16 all planned out I spoke with the Dj directly and we agreed on the 20th here comes the day of i haven’t heard anything so i reach out and apparently his scheduler placed it on the 24th of this month so now im scrambling worrying if my daughter will be without a dj. Keep in mind i already paid the full cost to secure him. Luckily my friend and neighbor is a Dj a great one at that if he was free the whole day i would have booked him. So doing the process neighbor has to stop what he was doing to come set up some equipment to give my baby girl so music during her celebration. I told the Dj Phil to still come he said he was an hr away by this time the party has been going on an hr. I call him about hr later and he still hasn’t showed up. So that 2 hrs down he finally show up and I’m like we got to discuss what i paid i deserve some money back you missed half the party. He agreed to refund me just 100 and I haven’t see that money yet I’ve been calling his phone and his assistant no answers. It’s like they ghosted me. I Called Rue 3 Entertainment and spoke to Phil Irvin. The energy from Phil was fabulous on the phone, very knowledgeable about wedding flows and trending events.
What a great guy to work with and who understood our needs from the beginning and offered multiple suggestions. He was responsive and kind throughout the entire planning process.
The music for the ceremony was great and on time!
Phil understood the overall vibe we wanted for our reception and offered suggestions on the music to play for the groom and bride announcement along with the cake cutting and continued to keep the party going. The trivia game was excellent; he never missed a question and displayed a lot of energy and laughter.
My husband and I are very happy that he cared about the details of each of the wedding processes. We cannot recommend Rue 3 Entertainment enough and would hire Phil for any occasion.

Five stars is not enough to rate DJ Phil!!!
He was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond, over the top, (anything else you could possibly say) to make it a wonderful evening.
I helped put together the wedding ceremony/reception for a family member that is unfortunately fighting a losing battle with cancer and he was available essentially last minute, brought extra equipment, was super flexible and sensitive to the situation and everyone had a great time!
I can't thank Phil enough for helping our family and I would 1000% recommend him if you want a talented DJ and amazing human being for your event.
Rue 3 was also very helpful, professional, and responsive to quickly get the event set up. Everyone involved helped facilitate a wonderful evening, thank you all so much!

He was fantastic at emceeing and keeping everyone on the dance floor! He had a really great feel on the crowd and was playing all the right music. Fast forward about 10 months (YES, I remembered him after alllll that time), after an hour long phone conversation, I decided he was definitely going to be our DJ for our reception.
