Rubicon Protection provides unarmed and armed security for residential and commercial properties, special event security, construction site security, executive/close protection services for high-net-worth individuals, top-tier athletes, celebrities, and elected officials/candidates, and we conduct private investigations and assign staff to potential workplace violence concerns.


Rubicon Protection’s management possesses decades of law enforcement and military experience which brings values to our organization like honor, loyalty, respect, discipline, and integrity. In addition, our staff has backgrounds in business management, sales, academic teaching, professional development, and physical fitness instruction. Our diverse backgrounds allow for different perspectives and make for a more well-rounded business. Differing perspectives are where better collaboration is found and solutions are made.

We prioritize hiring veterans and people with law enforcement backgrounds because they already have the training and experience that makes them a good fit for a security or investigation role.
