I have worked with this firm on AOS application, filing the adjustment forms. My experience with this firm was very poor, and I wanted to write a review to hopefully stop at least one person from losing their money to this establishment. My overall experience as a client is very similar to "nate reece" and you can look that review up if you need more evidence to avoid this firm. Firstly, we (first I met by myself, then with my spouse) met with the lawyer in-person and virtually. At this point, the lawyer (Rod) seemed young but nice, the lawyer mentioned they take pride in their work and they are very responsive etc. We decided to sign a retainer on March 20 (some dates might be off a couple of days, I am going through the emails). We have sent the documents over Google Drive on April 23, and followed-up after getting ghosted on May 7. After this follow-up they mentioned that the documents should be put in a dropbox. They mentioned they shared the dropbox link already but they were wrong, we received the invitation the same day. 2 weeks wasted thinking they were actually working on the files. After this, the paralegal sent us "first draft" of forms. Firstly, I think paralegal is really nice. However, the problem was with the quality of the forms. The "first draft" had A LOT of problems. Next 3 weeks we basically had meetings fixing the mistakes made by the firm. These were mostly typos and incorrect entries caused solely by lack of care and attention. We had another issue with tax documents. Paralegal sent us instructions that did not work and seemed ChatGPT generated, we somehow figured out looking reddit and other forums. Paralegal said we did it incorrectly lawyer said it is fine. During this, the lawyer mentioned he does not have access to the dropbox. So, the lawyer did not check the dropbox between May 7 (the dropbox shared with everyone) to June 20. The lawyer charging us thousands of dollars could not be bothered to check our evidence and forms in-detail. The forms still had mistakes at this point, the most blatant one was in the G28 form, the lawyer agreement form had a typo of the lawyer's own bar code. If I did not google the lawyer's name and confirm that there is a mistake they would not even know. This is at this point more work on my end because I am not only filing my own forms, and also filing the forms strictly of their own responsibility. I wanted to reach out and have a meeting with the lawyer hoping that he would finally get more involved and answer my more intricate questions. Then I was ghosted for 10 days. However, during that time the lawyer remembered me enough to send me an invoice, so they manually asked for payment, but did not realize and said "Wait, this person asked for a meeting a while ago and we never scheduled anything, weird". I sent a cancellation of the agreement request via email, they mentioned they missed my latest email and I should have scheduled a client meeting using the website (did not know this, and this was not mentioned in the latest correspondences). Imagine USCIS sending an RFE to forms made by this firm, and lawyer says oops I missed that email sorry :( and you receive a denial. They doubled-down claiming the work was already done and I am not getting a refund, albeit the fact there are mistakes in the forms as well as most of the evidence is not even remotely checked. At this point I have paid thousands of dollars for a life lesson, and I would like to potentially stop other people losing their own money to this establishment. Make your own judgement whether you can do the process yourself using youtube, reddit, and other forums that help much, much better for free. We worked with them for "peace of mind" and July 17th we still did not apply because work was not done. Avoid Rod Armande Like the DMV on a Friday AfternoonIf you're considering hiring Rod Armande through Marble Law for your green card process, let me save you $4,000 and a massive headache: don’t. We paid Marble Law the full amount upfront. $4,000. In return, we got ghosted like a bad Tinder date. After sending in our completed questionnaires, we didn’t hear a peep for over a week and a half. Finally, we nudged both Marble and Rod to check in. What did we get? A passive-aggressive, borderline disrespectful text from Rod himself—telling us not to contact him directly anymore. Classy. He said to only speak to his assistant, who allegedly would respond within three days. Spoiler alert: she didn’t.We told Marble Law that this case meant everything to us, and if our assigned lawyer was going to act like a sulky teenager, we’d rather go elsewhere.And then, it got… hilarious.Marble asked us, “Well, what has Rod done so far?” We explained: we sent him our info, got nothing back but attitude.So Rod, realizing he’d been caught slacking, suddenly sprang into action. Same day, he rushed out three immigration forms—riddled with errors—and claimed the case was “complete” and ready to file. It was so bad, even his own assistant called it a “first draft.”We immediately flagged this circus act to Marble and demanded proof that anything had actually been filed. Rod couldn’t provide any—because (surprise!) he hadn’t asked us for a single ID, supporting document, or even a passport photo since we hired him.Eventually, Marble downgraded his progress status to “Partially Complete” (generous, honestly), and we told them: we’re happy to pay for Marble’s involvement, but Rod’s office doesn’t deserve a cent.Despite all this, somehow Rod’s side still kept $2,200.
