If I could give Renaissance Catering in Las Vegas more than five stars, I absolutely would. The food at the event we attended wasn't just good--it was next-level phenomenal. Renaissance Catering lived up to the previous reviews and then some! The communication directly from Chef was clear and on point for our backyard wedding. The menu he prepared was exactly what we wanted and included everything imaginable. Chef arrived on time with his crew and had everything up and going right on time. All the guests were raving about the food the minute we started eating. The food from Renaissance might have been the highlight of the wedding, not the ceremony! There are many small businesses in town who cater and may also have good food however it's the service after the sale that makes a difference to me. There was a small logistical problem during the event and Chef made sure to take care of it the next day completely to our satisfaction. Micheal and his staff are Top Notch! We hosted an International Short Film Festival and their team laid out an incredible spread. We had an extensive charcuterie bar featuring a full spread. Plus there was a wide selection of hot main dishes carefully laid out in decorative dishes. And to complement the theme there was a full candy bar, giant soft pretzels, and a fresh popcorn machine! I really enjoyed all of the variety of food items. Everything was hot and fresh and because it was focused on movie night we had corn dogs that you could dip in mustard, fresh yummy meatballs, wontons, pretzels, that you could dip and cheese sauce, and that I’m all delicious caramel popcorn ever!
