This place was amazing! First off, the customer service was top-notch. They were so clear with instructions on what they needed and really listened to my requirements. The pricing was very reasonable, and they were able to accommodate my company's size and delivered super early! The delivery guy was also amazing. Came 20 minutes early. He was cheerful and made sure we had everything we needed. As for the food, my team absolutely loved it. They said the meat was tender and flavorful. The guacamole was delicious and the amount they provided was great! You got a lot for what you paid for for sure! All in all, I highly recommend them for a stress-free catering service! This review is long overdue. I first ordered here 5-6 years ago to support a local business. I continue to order because of the business, the quality of the food, and the exceptional service. I would tell them the type of party I'm hosting, how many adults and children, dietary needs, and the menu items I'm considering, and they nail down the quantity and menu details. They always make it easy to plan a party, even for last-minute events. At my kid's last birthday party, I overheard two dads talking about the "real food" saying they "appreciated the spread". I hired Renaissance Catering to cater my husband’s 40th birthday party we had our home over the weekend. This was a very theme specific event and let’s just say Chef Reymundo absolutely nailed it! He created a custom menu for our event that perfectly captured the theme we were we’re going for. The food was top tier quality, presented beautifully and the guests raved about it all night. The staff was so friendly, helpful and professional and truly went out of their way to ensure I don’t so much a lift a finger. They truly took care of everything from the food, food service, bartenders, models, table and chair rentals and setup and tear down of each. We attended an event at the Neon Graveyard catered by Renaissance Catering and enjoyed the delicious food so much that I was determined to use this company when I hosted a large party at our home. We were not disappointed. We selected about ten items to serve from a huge menu offered by Renaissance (see photos): lamp chop pops. shrimp skewers, a salmon platter with fixin's, a veggie, fruit and cheese spread, a dessert spread, and more. Our guests could not get enough and they left with covered plates filled with leftovers. The professional staff was remarkable... friendly, helpful, keeping everything warm (or chilled, as needed) and kept everything topped off and plentiful. I’ve never been to one of their events but I got the left overs from one of the events they catered to. I brought home all the healthy stuff, fruits, baked salmon, and veggies. Didn’t have to meal prep for a few days! Yay! I don’t like to cook unless I have to. And I stay pretty busy so it can be hard to make time. The owners a really nice guy, I originally met him cause he gave me a fig tree when I accidentally killed mine a few years back. The fig tree now is huge and gives me shade in my backyard. Renaissance catering is by far my favorite local, Las Vegas's own, catering company. Whenever and whatever event they work the food has always been absolutely amazing and very sophisticated! The lunch and/or dinners are always delicious and beautifully prepared. This last even they had salmon marinated in this immaculate red wine sauce which was to die for! All of the sides were equally as yummy, from the fried rice to the smoked mixed veggies and their drinks paired beautifully including wines of all kinds, even ginger wine which i'd never had before, but am now addicted to. We love to get general ideas for what the client is looking for and our best results come from having some fun and creativity with the menu, paired with our long history of what people tend to love at events!

What inspired you to start your own business?
Knowing that we could offer great value for the money! We have been in this for the long haulin 1990 I said I want to be doing this in 20 years! That was how many years ago?

We offer great value for the money. I like to say we are not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. We love to exceed expectations and make an event memorable, otherwise whats the point of having an event? If its for clients, friends or family, lets impress them!
