Adine & Matt are the best! Our Bay Area wedding wouldn’t have been possible without them. My husband and I are from Los Angeles and in planning a destination, SF City Hall wedding, we knew we needed a well knowledged, understanding and communicative day-of planner.
Adine and Matt came through!
Our guest count was a small 50, but with trolley rentals, specific city hall rules and details, reception set-up and tear down, various vendor schedules and all the million minor details that made up one of the most special day’s of our lives - we needed Ready Set Party!
They know the Bay more than any team we inquired on. They are professional, prepared, observant, understanding, went above and beyond and most of all communicated well with us! Leading up to and throughout our day, they knew exactly what we needed and made it happen.
As the bride, I let go and let Adine and Matt take over. Neither my husband nor I stressed at all. We left everything in their hands and it went seamlessly. No notes. Through Adine, we also found our wedding cake baker, florist and special dessert baker/artist. Ready Set Party is a one stop shop that we would absolutely want to hire again for any event we decide to have in the future. Adine & Matt are your team!

We hired Adine and Matt rather last minute for our fundraiser after an issue with another bartender, and wow, what an incredible blessing that turned out to be!
They were absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Not only are they genuinely great people, but their energy and professionalism elevated the entire event.
The drinks they made were incredible and they worked with us on the menu we wanted while also giving us great suggestions! The drinks themselves creative, delicious, and a huge hit with our guests. Even with the short notice, they were organized, easy to work with, and completely on top of everything.
We couldn’t have asked for a better bartending team and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend Adine and Matt! Thank you guys for helping us make our night a success!

We realized pretty quickly that we were in over our heads trying to plan and coordinate a wedding ourselves. We also wanted our friends and family to be guests at our wedding and not to be working it.
From our first conversations with Adine, we realized how much her experience and coordination would help us. She is very organized and knowledgeable, helping us plan the wedding months in advance and running the show during our big day.
Adine, Matt and their team went above and beyond to make our guest have a wonderful experience. She was on-top-of the wedding run of show, sticking to the timeline. Working with her throughout the planning process was easy and fun, most of all!
Adine is an excellent problem solver; managing unexpected weather conditions, improvising our table setting to look even better than expected, and making sure that the bride and groom got to enjoy their big day. If there was a “fire” she put them out with fast thinking and sometimes without us even knowing. Her communication skills are excellent, we had monthly meetings, and she was available via text whenever we had questions, ideas or concerns, and she offered her insight and advice which turned out right every single time! For example we wanted to play music from a Spotify playlist and she had me download the music because WiFi can be unreliable! When we finally met in person at the site venue, all my worries and anxiety regarding the party itself melted. I knew she already had the vision in her head and I could let go of that portion of the wedding, which helped keep us present as bride and groom! I really appreciated that she kept a plate of our own appetizers so we got to try them during the end of cocktail hour!
If you are preparing to get married, it can be a bit overwhelming with so many options and directions to take. Trust Adine and Matt, they’ve got your back!

From the moment we started working with Adine, all the stress was lifted up from our shoulders. Adine is an expert, she knows what to do, especially in making sure everything runs smoothly; she is able to pivot quickly and swiftly to adapt to any changes in the timeline. HEADS UP!! If you are like me and love to throw parties but you don’t have time to plan, then Adine and Matt are the amazing team to help you make it happen! !! I have used them several times and they never disappoint. What I love most is that I don’t have to worry about anything because I can be as involved as I want or hands off when I am super busy with life. Adine and Matt simply need to know the theme (if any) plus food preferences and they take it from there. Their flexibility and creativity is unparalleled (think signature cocktails and taco trucks!) and their attention to even the tiniest of details really sets them apart from other event planners.
