Our party bus was nice. My only complaint is that the music volume levels were restricted. When you're on a "party bus" you're there to party & have fun. There was 11 of us & we were louder than the music. I've been on several buses & never has music volume been an issue. Please consider adjusting this. We used them for a night out in the city for my son’s 30th birthday celebration. The owner was wonderful to work with, and made everything simple, and stress free. I have been using them for over 10 years. We have never experienced a problem. The drivers are always polite and on time, if not early. The price is very reasonable, the cars are well maintained. Great communications, friendly and helpful staff, Clean and modern vehicles. First Class all the way.

I had an excellent experience using the service. Setting up the reservation was easy, the pick up was on time and employees were friendly.

Drivers was on time, very helpful with baggage, got us to our destination quickly and we had great conversation. Price was reasonable and will definitely use them again.

Our vehicle was late, causing major inconvenience. Not the reliable service we expected.
