What do you love most about your job?
Ability to engage with SMBs and Startups and brainstorm ideas that will make them big. It is wonderful to nurture the dreams and become part of the success stories of the founders. Small businesses are the lifeblood of a country. If we can help them succeed, we will increase the country's GDP and enable them to create additional jobs. There is an indescribable joy of being part of a turnaround story of a small business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent close to 20 years in the corporate world and after working with many fortune 50 companies and Big 5 consulting and Big 3 agencies of the world, I realized that some of the tactics and best practices followed for large enterprises can be also extended to SMBs and mid-market. There were very few agencies out there that targeted SMBs and Startups and offered the same level of service. This prompted me to start something of my own to work and grow with SMBs and startups.
