This "company" (they outsource everything to India) is a TOTAL SCAM! Read the Trustpilot reviews too. They hire sales people to try to sell you over the phone what seems like affordable tax/bookkeeping/payroll services. They then take all your information and outsource to India. BANK RECONCILIATION:
Match your payment and receipts with your bank entries and keep yourself updated at all times on payments and receivables. A bank reconciliation helps you spot accounting errors common to any business. These mistakes can include addition and subtraction errors, double payments, lost checks and missed payments.
- We will sync your bank account with Quickbooks Online so that the statements can be uploaded in a timely manner
- We will reconcile the debit based on your approved payments and credits with the invoices raised
- We will send you bank reconciliation statement with our comments
- Based on your comments we will update Quickbooks Online accordingly
- For the month we will generate your receipts & payments statements tallied against the projected income & expense statement
- We will generate your profit & loss statement for the month which will make it ready for filing you tax returns

CREDIT CARD RECONCILIATION:
Keep track of all your expenses in your credit cards by reconciling `Live’. It helps to keep tabs on expenses, avoiding overspending on things which might not be beneficial to the business. Reconciling the credit card statement to the actual expense in QuickBooks Online helps in saving wrong charges by the bank including timely payment to avoid interest payments.

Timely invoicing and follow up on collections to ensure your have money in the bank to pay your expenses. Track all your income in QuickBooks Online and consistently follow-up on delayed outstanding.
- We will make a calendar for invoicing based on the agreements
- Days prior to this we will gather information to create the invoice
- Services – Time spent and any other out of pocket expenses
- Trading – number of SKU supplied with price contracted for either in the ongoing agreement or ad hoc purchase order
- Customize the bill template with your logo in Quickbooks Online, and process the bill with online transfer details to your customer on time. If the payment mode is credit card then we will charge the credit card on file.
- Track money received in the bank and for those who have exceeded the credit period send a gentle email reminder
- Track outstanding and based on your subscription plan follow up for payment
PAYROLL:
Payroll involves processing of salaries with correct deductions including compliance in taxes and calculating overtime as per your states laws. We also maintain database of all your employees with historical data.
- We will keep your employee record updated based on the contract.
- Some days before payroll collect data for number of hours worked and overtime with any out of pocket expenses.
- Reconcile hours worked with time sheet.
- Calculate the hourly rates for the number of hours including overtime and send a consolidated statement for your approval.
