When you need to get an evasive individual located and served, you need a company with the right skill set. I too am a private investigator (in Florida) and in my experience, I know that hiring a licensed private investigator and a process server in one is the key to successfully serve an 'avoider' / 'evasive' individual. So I hired Pinnacle Investigations / Court Serve by Pinnacle for a messy case. For over a year, numerous process servers before me had failed to serve a very evasive individual. Even I was duped. The subject aggressively denied his identity to me in South Florida just a few days before and then fled to Texas, I assume to lay low. I tracked him down anyway. Because this case was tricky, I knew I had to take a different approach. I trusted Pinnacle to understand the strategic and calculating mindset needed to outsmart someone who was actively hiding. And they did outsmart him. Despite giving them very little notice and only two "maybe" addresses, they delivered results that went far beyond my expectations. They reached out within a few hours and, true to my expectations, their team kept at it, took charge, and found a way to get the job done. They successfully served the avoider in less than 12 hours and I could not be happier. It was a relief. Case closed! I have always enjoyed helping others, and with my background in law enforcement I was always able to put the pieces of puzzles within the difficult and confusing times in people's lives together for them.
