What inspired you to start your own business?
I started Peter’s El Loco because I have always been an entrepreneur at heart, and I love serving people. Opening this restaurant gave me the chance to create an environment where people can connect, share, and enjoy authentic flavors that make them feel at home. The greatest reward is seeing the smiles, appreciation, and gratitude from our guests. That’s what drives me every day and makes all the hard work worthwhile.
