I initially reached out to Permit Architects in need to file for an alteration type 2 with the DOB. Long story short, I might not need it anymore, but I want to say that working with Esther was very stress free. She did take few days to reach out via Thumbtack app, but once she did she was nothing short of attentive. She reached out and explained to me the whole process, timeline and fees. Esther at Cheung Showman Architects was a true godsend! We were doing a minor interior renovation but required an architect for DOB permits and every other firm we talked to had huge minimums $$$$. Cheung Showman had a flat rate service for exactly what we needed and made the whole process pain free. They're clearly very experienced - everything was approved the first time with no additional comments or further hassle from the NYC DOB.
