What’s your signature dish?
Pappardelle Pasta with Bolognese is my most praised dish. This is a recipe that I have adapted from my family's original to be a little more "gourmet" than the original rustic recipe. The second most favored dish is my "Sunday Sauce". This sauce cooks for hours, taking two days to bring each batch to the perfect compliment to spaghetti, meatballs and Italian Sausage.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I will work with you to understand your food preferences, allergies and intolerances to craft the perfect menu for you and your guests.

I love to share my passion for great Italian cooking!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My Italian grandmother, after immigrating from Italy, owned and operated restaurants in Baltimore during the 1940s and 1950s. The sauce recipes I use today come directly from her family and have been cherished by ours for generations. We've carefully preserved their authenticity, always knowing that one day we’d share them with the public once again. What was once a dream has now become my passion — and my reality.
