Onvico has been in business since 2012 and has been operating as a construction and design-build firm.

We are a fully licensed and insured company with a substantial insurance policy to back up our work. We also provide a standard warranty when completing a project.

Onvico was started to bring a multi-disciplined approach to construction and general contracting. We wanted to work closely with clients and build relationships rather than just do one off projects.

Onvico offers drafting services to clients who need plans for a new home or remodel. We can also assist with larger multi-family projects as required.

We work with a team of talented architects and engineers to provide commercial design. There is an understanding of the importance of quick turnaround, value engineering, and plans that are easy to understand.
