People enjoy dancing to music and songs that they are familiar with. It is also important to read the crowd and make adjustments to keep them involved.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Very adjustable to the mood and vibe of any event. It's not about me.
What do you love most about your job?
The fact that after all of this time, it is still exciting to see people enjoy an event that I am playing at. It is also amazing to see how much the music has changed and the advances in technology to play and stream the music. To go from turn tables to telling your phone or laptop what to play is definitely a lot easier! I wonder what they will come up with next.
Why should our clients choose you?
For DJ and Karaoke, I have been in the business since 1996. I can easily adjust to any type of event and to a wide variety of people.
For live music, I was the lead singer and rhythm guitarist of the O'Kaysions. This was from 2018 until 2022 when the last active original member passed away. The female vocalists, also formally with the band play with me at larger events.
