We had a wonderful experience with Excel Fleet Limo, Inc. We started working with Evelyn who was friendly, communicative, and very helpful. She walked us through the options and emphasized making sure our choice was tailored to our goals for the event (i.e. 11th birthday party for my son). Used Excel fleet for my son’s prom this last weekend and absolutely loved it. The driver was right on time, he was quick with the paperwork while all the parents took pictures of the kids. He text me when all the kids were safely dropped off and text me again when they were being picked up. One thing I loved, and I know the kids loved, was he drove around with them the last hour because prom ended an hour before our service was up. I wish I had more pictures of them inside the limo. It took me a long while to finalize and finish this booking ONLY because of the inability of all the kids in our Prom group to make a decision who was going to be riding in the limo. Evelyn was extremely patient and was a pleasure to work with, offering to have us come and view the fleet. The booking process was very smooth and easy and Evelyn made sure every detail was covered and communicated clearly, ensuring everything was 100% accurate. Alfonso was the driver and made sure we, as the parents, had his cell #. He followed up with every detail when he came to pick up the kids. He was thorough and reassuring to the parents and made sure everything was as expected. He also let us know of his experiences with the dinner/event locations and explained any parking issues he may anticipate. The kids had a great time with him and said he was the "GOAT". Some of the comments I got from them were that he "was good, really good" and "he was honestly so nice and super helpful".
