Who ever trained the guards need to be trained to care about the properties.
Beware of Mgt.
I can speak for about 4 of the Individual that are,
Rude, Not knowledgeable of the security invorment, caring.
1.) Rude, basically HR, is not on key and likes to intemadat new and exiting employees,
2.) Knowledge of Security,
This person knows who they are,
Every company thinks they know what companies need.
But for 1 of the owners to say you can arrest for anything, yaey security does not have that power.
3.) Caring
Work a site or any site guards should care about what they do and not watch TV on there phones while doing patrols
