I highly recommend Obanion’s Cleaning Service! After a bad experience with a different "budget" cleaning service found on Thumbtack, Steve provided a level of professionalism and thoroughness I’ve never seen before. Steve showed up the same day I called for an on-site assessment and provided a detailed, customizable quote tailored to our new home. His crew arrived just two days later and expertly corrected every error the previous company made. Not only was the deep clean spotless, but the pricing was very fair. It was impressive to watch Steve lead his team -- he runs the business like a well-oiled machine, personally instructing his staff on specific techniques to ensure a comprehensive clean. Completely Unacceptable – Dirty Results, No Accountability, and Lost Money I hired this company for a deep clean of my completely empty home of 10 years before putting it on the market. They required 40% of the payment upfront and promised the house would be immaculately cleaned—including floors, surfaces, inside appliances, and cabinets. What I got was a rushed, sloppy job that left the house worse than before. The floors were sticky, streaky, and covered in hair and dirt, with chunks of debris left behind. It honestly looked like they cleaned my unfinished basement first and then used the same dirty water throughout the rest of the house. Countertops were not fully wiped down, cabinets were left dusty inside, and none of the appliances were touched. I reached out afterward due to how poor the job was, but I’ve received no response and no refund of the 40% I paid upfront. They overpromised, underdelivered, and have taken no responsibility. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional cleaning company—especially to prepare a home for sale—avoid this one completely. You’ll waste time, money, and end up cleaning after them yourself.
