No show today. Nobody answers phone calls. Left several voice mails. No reply. We have been with them for about two years. Initially their service was really good. Then we had various reasons to be less satisfied; often late, not following instructions, incomplete tasks, language barrier, etc. The last two straws were the no show/no answers today and a suspected overcharge that no one at ND will address with us…still outstanding. First off, 5 stars to Hector that came and did the actual work. He was great at explaining stuff and the work he did. Was there for hours and explained his work. I moved in about 2 years ago, and nothing was done for upkeep prior from the previous tenants. There was a little miscommunication with billing, with giving card over the phone but than told they didn't have it on file which was a little unsettling. But it got resolved. Recurring Standard Cleaning
This cleaning is reflective of your initial first cleaning (deep clean). A deep clean before scheduling recurring standard cleanings helps to establish a baseline of cleanliness and ensures a more effective and efficient ongoing maintenance plan.
CLEANING PRODUCTS
We use environmentally friendly cleaning products in most of your home, excluding the bathroom. In the bathroom a stronger product is used to properly disinfect and remove any hard water stains or build up.
Cleaning Description of all Areas:
WINDOWS
Dust wood window sills of windows
ENTRYWAY/MUDROOM
Vacuum and wash floor. Feather dust pictures/decorative items, cabinet doors, exposed baseboards, and wipe down flat surfaces.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Vacuum and wash floor. Wipe down exterior of laundry machines. Duster exterior of cabinets and wash laundry basin and wipe down flat surfaces.
KITCHEN
Feather dust exposed baseboards, cabinets within arms reach, clean surfaces of all appliances, interior of microwave, countertops and sink, vacuum and wash floors, feather dust light fixtures and wipe down flat surfaces.
BATHROOM(S)
Clean vanity top, fixtures and polish fixtures. Wipe vanity exterior, clean mirrors, vacuum floor and hand wash, clean
entire toilet, wash tub/shower, clean interior/exterior of glass shower doors and track (if applicable).
LIVING SPACES
Vacuum carpet, hardwood floors and wash. Feather dust exposed baseboards, cabinets, light fixtures and wipe down flat surfaces.
BEDROOMS
Vacuum carpet, hardwood floors and wash. Feather dust exposed baseboards, cabinets, light fixtures and wipe down flat surfaces.
Deep Top to Bottom Clean
DEEP CLEAN DESCRIPTION:
Our deep cleaning package is the most thorough cleaning service. The most significant difference between the deep cleaning package and our standard cleaning package is the amount of time and detail we spend cleaning. Deep cleaning goes further to get rid of dirt, grime, soap scum, and other gunk around your home. It’s a more thorough service than the standard cleaning.

• Toilets cleaned and disinfected, including the base and behind the toilet
• Vanity and sink cleaned
• Floors washed and disinfected, carpets and rugs vacuumed
• Mirrors and fixtures cleaned and shined
• Cobwebs removed
• Towels changed
KITCHEN:
**Inside of Oven, Refrigerator and Cabinets-- UPON REQUEST, additional charge**
• Outside of stove hood cleaned
• Baseboards wiped or dusted
• Backsplash cleaned
• Behind refrigerator and oven cleaned
• Fronts of fridge and dishwasher cleaned
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Outside of cabinets washed
• Pantry floor mopped and doors washed
• Baker’s rack and shelves
• Wipe table and chairs
• Microwave wiped down. Inside of microwave cleaned
• General dusting. Individual knickknacks cleaned
• Countertops cleaned
• Sinks cleaned and disinfected, chrome shined
• Cobwebs removed
LIVING AND SLEEPING AREAS:
• Beds: Clean/vacuum under the bed
• Trash emptied
• Flat surfaces cloth dusted. Lamp shades dusted or wiped down
• All readily accessible floors vacuumed. Carpet edges vacuumed
• Mirrors cleaned
• Ceiling fan dusted and wiped (Step stool - 2.5 feet high. Anything higher than housekeepers reach after that, we CANNOT do)
• Thorough dusting of furniture
• Furniture and upholstery vacuumed
• Windowsills and ledges wiped down. Mini-blinds dusted
• Prominent knickknacks dusted. Every knickknack individually cleaned
• Stairs and closet floors vacuumed
• Wood floors swept and dust mopped
