I hired this office to handle my bankruptcy case and initially felt hopeful about the process. Unfortunately, communication became extremely inconsistent over time. There were long periods where I received little to no updates regarding the status of my case despite multiple follow up emails and requests for clarification.I understand attorneys handle many cases and busy schedules, but when someone is going through financial hardship and relying on legal guidance, communication and transparency are extremely important. There were several times where I was left unsure of whether my case was moving forward, what documents were still needed, or what the next steps were supposed to be.I did provide requested paperwork, signed documents, explanations regarding my financial situation, and continued trying to cooperate throughout the process. However, the lack of consistent updates and direction became frustrating and stressful, especially while creditors continued contacting me.My experience may not be everyone’s, but I hope communication and client follow up improve moving forward.
