Michael Clayton performed at our wedding and it was absolutely spectacular. He was engaging with the adults and kids. Things ran a little behind schedule and he was patient with waiting to begin the show. HIGHLY recommend for any event you have!!! More...

How long have you been interested in magic?
I have been interested in magic from the age of 10, and I started performing Magic Shows when I was 14.
In 1988 Michael began performing professionally and has logged many hours performing for various corporate customers, and private engagements.
Here are a few of my awards and achievements:
- First Place Award LBHC Academy Talent Show – 1980
- First Place Award Society of Memphis Magicians SMURFF Contest – 1987
- Helped Television Stars Mallory Lewis and Lamb Chop raise funds to support literacy.
- In 2011, Michael is selected as official Memphis and Shelby County magical spokesperson for Ready Shelby Campaign.
- In the fall of 2011, Michael Clayton was selected as a featured artist for Spoon Magazine, a local dining and art publication.
Take us through your show – what can we expect?
Specializing in the classics of magic, Michael Clayton brings a fresh approach to the art of magic, with contemporary music, and theatrics.
There are 3 programs to choose from:'
ONE-MAN SHOW
Small magic with the big show feel. Michael performs contemporary and classic stand-up magical routines that fit in his carry-on suitcase type table and pockets. This program features plenty of big fun and audience participation. For large or small audiences this program is scalable to fit any agenda. For that extra big show feel and for larger functions, Michael will include a special audience participation illusion appropriate for the performance venue.
STAGE/SMALL ILLUSION SHOW
A full-featured stage production with a minimum of two large-scale illusions which includes a contemporary version of the sawing my assistant in-half illusion, and a large-scale finale’ illusion appropriate to the venue.
(This is a 2 person program incorporating one Dancer /Assistant and is appropriate for most Corporate and Private Events, Trade Shows, Picnics, Festivals, etc.)
GRAND ILLUSION SHOW
An entire evening of magical entertainment, includes a mixture of Grand Illusion, variety entertainment and stage productions with the right mixture of audience participation and comedy.
(This is a multi-person program, and includes lighting, backdrop, and sound equipment if not provided by venue).
Why should our clients choose you?
I love entertaining people of all ages. Some magicians just like working for Adults and some just for children. Like all the great Master Magicians of the past, I can entertain everyone and let them share in the experience of magic.
From small intimate settings at a table to the middle of the FedEx Forum for an arena filled with guests. There is none equaled to my performing experience in the Memphis/Mid-South area.
Magician
100% Family Friendly Audience Participation Comedy Magic and Illusion Show.
Master of Ceremonies

Illusionist
Michael Clayton presents a visually entertaining theatrical stage program.
Children's Party Magician
Family-Friendly and Wholesome Fun for all ages.
