Neal is simply the best trainer I’ve ever worked with, and I don’t say that lightly. The level of care and follow-through he brings is something I haven’t seen from anyone else in this field. He has this remarkable ability to spot weaknesses in my body before I even feel them, and he always takes the time to explain why they’re there and how to fix them in a way that actually makes sense. I’ve been working with Neal as my health partner for two months now and I couldn’t be happier to have his knowledge and care to help me deal with CKD and the complex dietary requirements that come with it. A couple years ago, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and it changed my life. I used to be in shape, biking, and generally being outside. This disease prevented me from enjoying what I used to enjoy. I had no strength, I lost most—if not all my muscle mass, and I couldn’t spend a lot of time away from the bathroom. Having gone through surgery recently, I wanted to begin the journey of getting back in shape. This is where Neal comes in. Neal has been helping me achieve my goal of taking my life back from this disease and allowing me to gain muscle mass again. He has helped me with weight gain, muscle gain, and overall confidence. I would not be where I am today without his help. He checks up on me constantly, and helps me figure out my best meal plan. Our workouts are great, and I can feel the progress after each one. Neal, prospective MD is a superb trainer. I am a 71-year-old plastic surgeon, and I injured my right shoulder two years ago. My family doctor referred me to a physical therapist. He worked with me for three months, and told me I needed orthopedic surgery. Instead, I started twice weekly sessions with prospective Dr. Jhanji. Initially, I couldn’t lift my arm off the floor when I was lying on my back. Now, I am able to “dead lift” 40 pounds with that arm.

I have had a few trainers. Neal is by far the best. His prices are very fair, and he takes a holistic approach to training. He does so, because he is a very caring person with a unique education. In addition to being a prospective medical doctor, Neal has a masters degree in exercise physiology and sports medicine. He also has a masters degree in nutrition. In my many years of experience, I have rarely come across such compassion, empathy, and willingness to help individuals in and out of the medical field. Neal cares for all his clients as if they’re his own and it shows by his relentless persistence and knowledge base that he shares and educates all of his clients with.

He has trained those who compete athletically, and those who simply want to enhance our health and endurance. I would highly recommend Dr. Jhanji as your personal trainer.
