Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to entertain the guests at your annual retreat! They all made it fun and brought great energy when called upon to assist on stage. I like to arrive early to assess the venue and be available to organizers in case of any last minute changes or questions. I understand the stress that being in charge of event management can bring and I look at my primary responsibility as doing what I can to make sure the event is a success. Sometimes it’s by making objects vanish, appear or restore. Sometimes it’s by reading body language and minds (wink)! Ridiculous Rudy was absolutely amazing! I had him perform for a campsite full of 100+ kids and he blew us away! The kids never stopped talking about him after the show and hope they get to see him again next year! His tricks were the perfect blend for the younger children and the adult staff we had as well! We are a larger company with several different departments that don’t interact much.
Rudy helped make everyone feel connected through his charm and jokes. By the end of the performance people who had been strangers when they arrived were walking out talking like close friends and family.

Thanks for allowing me to share magic with the kids for your son’s birthday. My favorite quote of the day was from Jack #2. He came up after the show and said, “you’re my new favorite person.” I’m assuming at his age he only knows a few people. But hey, we take what we can get! The dude is REALLY magic. Somehow he got my necklace of of my neck while I was wearing a hoodie and it was underneath my shirt.
I never felt a thing!! He completed
his magic trick by having my girlfriend open her hand and my necklace was in her hand. It blew us away. He's amazing,funny and incredibly personable. Highly recommended.

How long have you been interested in magic?
My first exposure to magic was when I was 8 years old. My grandfather took me to Toys R Us and let me pick any one item. It was a magic kit.
Later that day my uncle Vince helped me figure out a couple of tricks and the seed was planted.
By 10 I was a fixture at Holly’s Magic & Novelty in downtown Salt Lake. By 13 I had a business license and was well on my way to stardom. Some say I’m a big deal in my circle of friends!
But seriously I fell in love with the joy magic brings to all audiences. It gives everyone the chance to be amazed and re-live those feelings of wonder we so often forget as we age.
For children its even more exciting. It provides an opportunity to see things they cant explain. To use their minds and solve the puzzle of effects (which usually ends up being more difficult than the actual methods. I love hearing, “he has a trained mouse in his pocket that hid the coin!”)
Take us through your show – what can we expect?
During my act people should expect laughs, wonder, interaction and some tricks.
I often say, “anyone can learn tricks. The magic is in the unique experience we create through audience engagement.” I believe our effects, tricks, stunts, whatever you call them, are just a medium to create memorable moments of wonder and excitement for our audiences.
I’ve entertained repeat guests during my street performances and its not unusual to have them approach and say “this is my umpteen time seeing you make that appear. I still don’t know how its done and it still makes me laugh every time!”
What do you love most about your job?
I love sharing in a fun experience created by the uniqueness of every audience I encounter. My performance style is very interactive giving me the opportunity to meet people and engaging with them. This makes every performance a new experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I don't look at this as a business. I do it because it is a passion. Unfortunately my mortgage company said I have to charge people or I would do it for free!!!
Why should our clients choose you?
I think people should choose me because they are bored and would like someone who can bring energy to their event.
Why settle for the performer who talks at you when you can settle for the guy who talks with you. The guy who makes it an experience instead of a show!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the pandemic I didn't perform. My style is so interactive I felt I would be robbing my audiences of my true style. Instead I went and got a real job. Ouch, that hurt.
