Administration and accounting services:
* Permanent communication for tenants and owners via email, telephone, and WhatsApp.
* Access our Platform 24/7 (for tenants and owners), to access their account statement, contracts, payments, and more.
* Control of rent payments (payments are deposited directly into each owner's account).
* Notification to Tenants of non-payment (3-days-notice) - Eviction process
* Making payments on behalf of the owner: Property taxes (Property Taxes), annual renewal of companies (State renewals and City renewals: Business Taxes).
* Search for property insurance or renewal of the existing one.
* Monthly financial reports issued by our accounting platform.
* Annual financial report.
* Setup and control of the monthly payments of the Associations and HOA.
Maintenance and renovation service for your investment property:
* Preventive maintenance and repair of your property
