Lynn deserves more than any 5 star ranking...she's 100% the best trainer you would ever want for your pet. Her kenneling & training program is more than affordable. What's best about Lynn, besides her excellent facility for in home n outdoor comfort n play time for pets is that she is so in love and in tune with the animals, whether human or of the animal nature. PAWSitive Petcare is amazing! Lynn and her staff are so loving and caring with the dogs. We love the home environment instead of a usual kennel. Our golden loved staying with Lynn and would come home happy and exhausted. I love that Lynn sends videos of the dogs playing together. I would like to endorse PAWSitive Petcare and her expertise in dog training. My family and I have been bringing our two dogs for care when we go out of town for the past 5 years.
The experience is very loving, organized and safe. It is the first time that when I bring my dogs for care, that they want to go instead of pull back and try to go back to the car!
Secondly, we have been doing some private lessons with our extremely high energy chocolate lab. My family and I couldn’t even take her for walks in public because of excessive barking and extreme pulling. We love our dog so much, but we were defaulting to leaving her at home for outings because it was too difficult to take her anywhere. With Lynn’s understanding of dog psychology and her dog training skills, she was able to give us several training techniques to use so we can now walk our dog in public and around other dogs! Where to even begin. Lynn is truly one of a kind. Her love for not only my dog but all of the animals she has is outrageous. She is so kind, gentle, loving, and caring. Lynn has such a unique way of talking with the dogs that they all want to be surrounded by her and come to her every call. My dog knows her name, jumps in the car, and is out the door of the car when arriving to Lynn’s faster than we can even open the door. That is when you know you have found someone amazing to watch your baby. I have never hesitated to bring my dog to her house. She has a very secure yard, safe house, and an honest, loyal, genuine personality. I can’t rave enough about how fabulous PAWSitive Petcare has been in helping me train my new dog Sammy. Sammy is a 5 year old, 60lb McNab and had been in 4 or 5 different homes before I found him. Taking in a dog who had been passed around so much was a challenge. He had separation anxiety and was impossible to walk because he would lunge at other dogs. Thank goodness Lynn was able to help me train Sammy. She taught me to set Sammy up for success and not failure. Lynn’s personal training sessions were tailored to Sammy’s needs and used positive reinforcement to address his problems. Personal training in combination with doggie day care has helped Sammy learn to socialize with other dogs. Lynn continues to introduce Sammy to positive situations and I trust her in all aspects of Sammy’s training. Lodging
We offer the highest quality care and have REAL certified dog trainers interacting with your dog.
During their stay, your dog will get:
-socialization with other dogs (including service dogs)
-daily interactive play-time with toys (stuffed kong or snuffle mat)
-physical activity of 7+ hours A DAY, on green grass!
-1-on-1 interaction with certified dog trainer, Lynn
-ability to learn home manners and politeness around other people
-a chance to do DOG things like find lizards, look at the neighbors horses and goats, and run around outside!
-BONUS: daily grade report sent to you each day of how your dog is doing during their stay

We understand owning a dog can be hard and not everyone has the time to put in the necessary training.
Unfortunately, many owners are actually owned by their dog, instead of getting to enjoy a beautiful relationship together.
Our “Lodge & Learn” program is designed to help you take your dog from “tyranny” to “tranquility” through in-home, 1-on-1 training from our Certified Professional Dog Trainer, Lynn Parson.
