Coaching with Lori helped me assess and improve all areas of my life including my physical health, my weekly schedule & routine, my finances, and my career. After less than 6 months with Lori, I had created realistic weekly routines that kept my mental and physical health in check, I had learned to budget and organize/manage my finances, and most importantly I had received an offer for my dream job. Lori helped me figure out what I wanted to do with my life and then she helped me take the necessary steps to get there. Everything from career brainstorming, to resume building, to interview prep, to networking, to getting my dream job, I wouldn't be where I am now without Lori. I can't recommend working with her enough and while everyone's timeline is different, I will say I was amazed at how quickly she helped me turn my life around. Back in late September 2023, when I signed up for 12 sessions with Lori, I guess you could say I was a bit skeptical at first as to whether I’d “get my money’s worth” lol! Boy was I pleasantly surprised!! Lori took me from a state of being in tears almost daily, to this point of liberation in April 2024. I was under a lot of stress with many life changes at one time, which were an impending divorce, a move from one state (my marital home) to another state to start over, and changes in my job form part time to full time so I could survive financially. Lori guided me with steps to take on each call with her that would help bring me closer to my goals and help me find inner peace. She was always a calm, centering voice of reason and source of encouragement! I am in such a better place now, mentally, emotionally and financially. I will miss working with her so much :) But if or when I go through major life challenges and changes again, and feel the need for sound advice, guidance and support, I know exactly where to go!!

I needed support in identifying and achieving my goals for this next stage in my life. We worked together to identify my three biggest career goals. Lori met with me every week, asked me the hard questions & gave me daily and weekly goals to work towards. There were tears and fear in considering these dreams/goals that would change my life and family’s life. “Baby steps,” she’d tell me and I’d stop feeling so overwhelmed. I worked with Lori for a few months, and I can say that she is very attentive and professional. With the challenges that I came across, she helped me put each of them into a perspective that made it so much easier for me to tackle. Normally I'd think of problems somehow getting resolved in an abstract way, but Lori helps to make problem resolution concrete by asking things like "how" and "when" for each challenge I'm trying to overcome. I always have a lot of anxiety about a lot of different things, and Lori helped to ease all of that. She helped me with more constructive ways of thinking. I've found ways to shed a lot of the weight that's been keeping me down emotionally, like telling myself that I'm allowed to be messy in my process and that my personal best in a given day doesn't need to be my all-time best. I started working out regularly again and I fixed my messed-up sleep schedule. Now when I wake up every day, instead of feeling gross and groggy, I feel pretty refreshed. I feel a lot less irritable from day to day. Overall I'd say my experience with Lori has resulted in my problems not seeming so intimidating, and I feel a lot of gratitude towards myself and all the nice things I have in my life. Lori has been an invaluable resource as I have been working on making some adjustments in my life. I am close to becoming an empty-nester and am reevaluating where I choose to spend my time and energy. Lori does not push me in any specific direction but encourages me to reflect on what it is that I value at this time. Lori is non-judgemental, truly hears what I am saying, and even hears what I don’t even realize I’m saying! Most importantly, she provides specific ways to reflect and decide what I want to accomplish when I sometimes am not even sure myself which direction I’d like to head.
