Slow-roasted beef tenderloin with herb au jus, whipped goat cheese gratin, and locally-sourced roasted seasonal vegetables — a crowd favorite at our corporate and wedding events.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We start with a detailed consultation to understand the event, guest count, dietary needs, and vision. From there we build a custom menu using seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients — then walk through options until it feels exactly right. Every event gets a personalized proposal before anything is confirmed.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing guests genuinely light up over the food. When someone stops to ask who catered the event, that moment never gets old. We take real pride in elevating what catering can be — away from generic buffet trays and toward something guests actually remember.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After many years running restaurant kitchens, the time came to build something focused entirely on quality and the guest experience — not table turns and corporate margins. Catering lets us pour everything into a single event and make it exceptional from first bite to last.

Yes — we offer complimentary menu consultations by phone or video for any event over 25 guests. We can walk through menu options, dietary accommodations, service style, and pricing remotely before anything is finalized. Site visits are available for larger events in the Nashville area.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All Sprig and Fork culinary team members follow rigorous food safety protocols including ServSafe certification, daily health screenings, strict temperature control throughout prep and service, and HACCP-compliant handling procedures. Food safety is non-negotiable on every event.
