I am so delighted with LCD PLASMA INSTALLATIONS. Brian is the best. His installations were above and beyond my expectations.

Brian was absolutely amazing and professional!!! He was prompt with his responses and offered a great price to mount my 70” flatscreen tv over my fireplace. I was able to confirm a next day appointment with him within minutes,via text, and when i asked if he could possibly come the same day he let me know he was completely booked but if anything changed he would let me know. In less than an hour Brian reached back out to me to let me know he can make it to me same day and arrived at most an hour later.

When Brian arrived he was friendly and got right to work, we asked for his recommendations on where exactly to place the tv on the wall to have it centered and he explained the best positioning for mounting the tv over the FirePlace. I received several other quotes for mounting tvs over a fireplace and Brian’s quote was by far the cheapest but his service was outstanding!!! In less than an hour my tv mount was secured on the wall and the tv was mounted. I appreciated the extra measures he went through to perfectly center the mount which required him to remove the outlet covering and trim it down. He also plugged everything in for us. When we turned the tv on we noticed the tv was actually shattered on the inside. This tv was fresh out of the box and we were with Brian the whole time so we knew it was at no fault of his own (must have been damaged during delivery) but he was nice enough to unmount the tv for us and box it back up and even offered to come back the next deck to mount the new tv. Brian also followed up with us later in the day to see if we were able to get the new tv so he can add us to his schedule for the next day.

This guy is a technology guru. He masterfully mounted the Sonos bar with the TV. He made my 2007 plasma look like a 2020 QLED!

Overall fantastic experience. My project was slightly complicated, but Brian from LCD Plasma Installs absolutely met all our expectations. I needed a 50” Samsung Frame TV mounted above my fireplace on brick, with zero visibility of cords. Brian was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He responded instantly to my initial request, and from the photos I sent, knew exactly how to solution to get the job done. He arrived right on time, communicated the night before, and was prepared with all the necessary tools needed. He came in and was instantly measuring and leveling, and got the entire job done in just over an hour, which would have taken me an entire day or days to figure out. He even provided orientation on the product and showed us how everything worked. Based on his knowledge and experience, i was willing to pay more for his work. Brian went above and beyond. He responded right away with a price and an appointment time. He did not hesitate to come all the way from Connecticut to Freeport; he was knowledgeable and gave great advice from what tv mount to purchase to how I should finish off my basement!
Brian does great work mounting the tv’s, running the electrical, patching the drywall, setting up the tv’s, cable and systems and even the cleanup. I couldn’t be happier with how well my tvs are mounted and how easy the mount moves seamlessly from the wall. Amazing!! It’s so hard to find honest and knowledgeable people who won’t try to rip you off and I’m happy that I found Brian, you won’t be disappointed. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend him in a heartbeat! More...

I don't know where to even begin besides saying Brian made this process so much more enjoyable and not only is he very knowledgable, he is overall a wonderful human being - so kind and funny and extremely easy to talk to. Brian also had excellent communication - always answered quickly and provided ETA's so I knew when he was coming. I really enjoyed working with him! Look no further, he is your man.

I recently purchased a new townhouse that had a large stone fireplace and each stone had an uneven texture. This made me VERY nervous to mount a TV but it is the best spot for the living room. After doing a lot of research and reading these reviews, I decided to reach out to Brian. Initially I texted him so I can send him pictures of my fireplace off the bat. He responded within minutes and we were on the phone. He answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. As stated before I was very nervous about this in general so Brian stopped by the next day to just take a look at the fireplace to ease my mind (even though he knew he could do it). Additionally, Brian suggested a better mount for what I wanted - he asked me several questions about how I would use the TV which is how he suggested a better mount than the one I purchased. The day Brian came to look at the fireplace, I already had the TV and new mount waiting and he offered to do it on the spot!

The 2021 Samsung Frame TV remote does not take batteries and I did not have a USBC charger so Brian left without setting up the TV which was totally fine because I figured I could do it. Turns out my TV was defective itself (nothing to do with Brian as he handled everything with care). I reached out to Brian and he went out of his way to come back and take the TV off the mount and repackaged it for me to return! Then I was able to go to the store and get a new one and Brian came back that day and put the new one up! And I actually had the proper remote charger so he even walked me through set up and explained how the TV works and some tips and tricks.

Outside of TV talk, Brian was very knowledge on home improvement projects so we were just talking about some other projects I am planning on tackling. He seemed genuinely interested and provided a lot of wise advice on a wide range of topics. And as I said, he's very funny anyway so I was certainly laughing. I was very comfortable with him being in my home. I tend to be a nervous person when it comes to hiring an outsider for big projects so believe me when I say you will not regret hiring Brian! Brian was great to work with. He provided great advice and recommendations ahead of the installation so I bought the right stuff. On the day of install, he called to confirm times. Then during the install, he explained actions and asked/reconfirmed the decisions

I have the Mantle Mount 540 for my 55” TV. Brian was very professional and he mounted my TV very fast while making sure it was secure and stable. At the same time, we were trying to install a vanity mirror cabinet into the Bathroom wall and we were missing some hardware. Brian kindly installed the whole thing for us in addition. That was incredibly nice of him.
After the job on the TV was complete, he vacuumed the saw dust, cleaned up the tools and explained how to use the Mantle Mount. Bravo!
