Lake Erie Limo provided us with their Sprinter van limo for shuttling around our entire wedding party for my wedding day. The van was new, clean, and very spacious, with great speakers, fun lighting, and cool air conditioning (super important in August !) The office staff is very friendly and responsive - they were always willing to help me with any questions I had, even during a power outage. The quote they gave me was very fair and accurate on final payment with no hidden fees, and I’m very happy I included a gratuity for our driver because he drove so smoothly throughout the curves of the Cuyahoga Valley and was always smiling - he genuinely seemed happy to be a part of our day. For our wedding we had requested the shuttle to do a loop between the house we rented, our venue and the hotel for guests. Before our wedding when the shuttle started they had the wrong hotel address after we had told them the correct address numerous times. Then after the wedding the shuttle again used the wrong hotel address and took our guests to the wrong city and hotel which completely delayed our shuttle trip. If it wasn’t for this mistake I would otherwise recommend Lake Erie limos. Unfortunately this mistake caused unnecessary stress on our wedding day. More...

Fantastic service, good price, cool driver. This is the only service that has agreed to provide a trip for less than 3 hours (all other services offer a minimum 3 hours of rent). Special thanks to our driver Dave. The limo was supposed to arrive at 10 pm, but our plans changed and at 9:45 I called with a request to postpone the time to 10:30 and it didn't cause any problems! It was my first time in Cleveland. Dave showed us some really cool places, told us a little bit of the history of the city. I celebrated my birthday very good! I recommend this service! More...

I had two shuttle services set up for my wedding. I gave them addresses and names to our hotel and venue. The first shuttle bus did not go to the correct hotel and by the time they got to the correct hotel our guests already left so they weren’t late to our ceremony. Nobody got in contact with me about not picking up guests so we postponed our ceremony thinking we were still waiting for the bus to arrive with our guests. It wasn’t until I called the shuttle bus that I found out they did not pick up any of our guests. At the end of the night our second bus did arrive on time but since our guests had to drive to the ceremony, nobody needed the bus on the way back. Our 22 person bus we paid for had 2 people on it, my husband and I. I called to see what they would do for me after not picking up guests and making us postpone the wedding. They said all they can do is refund me $275, which is nice but considering I paid almost $1,000 for a one way ride for two people I do not believe I should have paid the amount that I did. I booked a stretch limo for my family to attend a wedding. I asked when I booked if a wheelchair could fit in the trunk and was told, yes. Instead of the limo showing up, they sent a party bus! This was not what I ordered & there was no wherlchair ramp for my 82 yr father to use. Since we were NOT notified that a bus was being sent, we didn't have time to make other arrangements. Which, I'm sure is why we weren't informed. The bus was extremely bumpy & had a terrible LOUD rattling noise. It was so bad that, my parents had to turn off their hearing aids! I called the company right away & told them we were not happy & this is NOT what we ordered. I was told the owner was going to call, but he NEVER did! At the first stop picking up guests, a contract was given to me. I didn't have time to read it. Which again, I believe was the point. Thanks, Lake Erie Limo for ruining what was supposed to be a wonderful day! After all THAT, I was charged the full amount! What a SCAM! Do yourself a favor & BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!! More...
