2. Concept Design & Space Planning
We translate your vision into comprehensive space plans, curated material palettes, custom millwork concepts, and 3D visualizations. If structural trades or remodeling are required, we conduct precise on-site measurements and coordinate walkthroughs with our vetted specialists to refine every detail for your approval.
3. Procurement & White-Glove Logistics
Once your design plan is approved, our team oversees end-to-end procurement. We handle custom order generation, vendor management, quality inspections, and receiving through a climate-controlled white-glove warehouse—managing all moving parts seamlessly behind the scenes.
4. Installation & Grand Reveal
We coordinate and direct the complete installation of furnishings, custom window treatments, lighting, art, and final styling accessories. We then welcome you home to a fully realized, breathtaking living space designed exclusively for you.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Kaci and I founded KRM Design Group out of a shared passion for transforming spaces into personalized, livable luxury. We saw too many homeowners overwhelmed by fragmented trades and cookie-cutter designs, so we teamed up to offer a seamless, turnkey experience—blending innovative aesthetic vision with meticulous, stress-free project execution.
